The Medal represents on a side the Saints and on the other side the writing Vatican.
They are called “medical saints” because of the tradition which tells they are two twin of Arabic origin, who can make prodigious “recoveries” and “miracles” for free. They died beheaded as martyrs and they are invoked as powerful persons.
