Return policies

Domus Artis srl complies with the legislation regarding the right of withdrawal, Legislative Decree 21/2014 of the Consumer Code:

• The buyer can change his mind within 14 days from the date of purchase by sending a registered letter to the supplier;

• The buyer must return the goods to the supplier at his own expense;

• If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product, to obtain a refund, they must return the disputed or rejected merchandise in its original packaging. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the request.

The goods to be returned must be packaged with extreme care, possibly using the same packaging received upon delivery, in order to ensure an adequate level of protection.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@domusartisroma.it . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
