Domus Artis srl complies with the right of withdrawal regulations, Legislative Decree 21/2014 of the Consumer Code:
The buyer may change his or her mind within 14 days of the purchase date by sending a registered letter to the supplier;
The buyer must return the goods to the supplier at his or her expense;
If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product, to obtain a refund, he or she must send the disputed or rejected goods in their original packaging. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the request.
The returned goods must be packaged with extreme care, preferably using the same packaging received upon delivery, to ensure adequate protection.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
