•  L'acquirente può cambiare idea entro 14 giorni dalla data di acquisto a mezzo lettera A.R. al fornitore;
   
•  L'acquirente deve rispedire la merce al fornitore a sue spese;
   
•  L'acquirente, se insoddisfatto del prodotto, per ottenere il rimborso deve spedire la merce contestata o rifiutata in confezione integra. Il rimborso verrà eseguito entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta.

You can receive the Pope's Blessing for your purchased items during the Sunday Angelus by directing them toward the Holy Father's Window.

Requesting the Blessing is simple: simply fill out the appropriate field on the cart page before proceeding to checkout.
