RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Domus Artis s.r.l. complies with the regulations on the right of withdrawal, Legislative Decree 21/2014 of the Consumer Code:
The purchaser may change their mind within 14 days of the date of purchase by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the supplier;
The purchaser must return the goods to the supplier at their own expense;
If the purchaser is dissatisfied with the product, they must return the disputed or rejected goods in their original packaging in order to obtain a refund. The refund will be made within 30 days of the request.
The goods to be returned must be packed with extreme care, preferably using the same packaging received upon delivery, in order to ensure an adequate level of protection.
The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship orders with all express couriers operating on the Italian market, such as SDA, TNT/FEDEX, UPS, and DHL.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email indicating the estimated delivery time and instructions for tracking your package.
