Domus Artis s.r.l. è conforme alla normativa in materia di Diritto di recesso, D.Lgs 21/2014 del Codice del Consumo:
- L'acquirente può cambiare idea entro 14 giorni dalla data di acquisto a mezzo lettera A.R. al fornitore;
- L'acquirente deve rispedire la merce al fornitore a sue spese;
- L'acquirente, se insoddisfatto del prodotto, per ottenere il rimborso deve spedire la merce contestata o rifiutata in confezione integra. Il rimborso verrà eseguito entro 30 giorni dalla richiesta.
La merce da restituire deve essere imballata con estrema cura, possibilmente utilizzando lo stesso imballo ricevuto alla consegna, in modo da garantire un adeguato livello di protezione.
Le spese di spedizione del reso sono a carico dell'acquirente.
