The buyer can change his mind within 14 days from the date of purchase by sending a registered letter to the supplier;
The buyer must return the goods to the supplier at his own expense;
If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product, to obtain a refund, they must return the disputed or rejected merchandise in its original packaging. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the request.
The goods to be returned must be packaged with extreme care , possibly using the same packaging received upon delivery, in order to guarantee an adequate level of protection.
